RETURNS & REFUNDS

Damage

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Change of Mind

We do not give a refund or replacement if a customer simply changes their mind about a product. Under the Australian Consumer Law, the customer is only entitled to a refund or replacement for a major problem with a product covered by consumer guarantees or if item provided was clearly not as specified in description.

Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for any required shipping costs back to our office.

Restocking Fee

There are no restocking fees applicable to any damaged good and where goods are provided not as specified in description.

Handling Time

We aim to have any returns handled and dispatched within 7 business days.

Refund policy

To ensure you will be fully satisfied, we offer a no obligation money back guarantee if the item is severely damaged, lost in transit or if item provided was clearly not as specified in description.

Simply send the item back and we will refund the cost of the product, providing the item is in original condition.

We do not store any credit card information on this server. Any information entered on this website and sent via the Internet are encrypted with a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certificate.

SHIPPING

We strive to ship all items out within 48 hours of receiving your order where possible.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Queensland: 1-2 business days
New South Wales: 2-3 business days
South Australia: 3-4 business days
Victoria: 3-4 business days
Northern Territory: 4-5 business days
Western Australia: 6-7 business days
Tasmania: 4-5 business days

There can be delays during peak periods such as Christmas. The COVID-19 Pandemic can also effect shipping times due to high demand and reduced capacity from our postal/courier partners.

We can also offer a faster service with Express Post, but this will incur an additional cost. Please feel free to contact us first before you place your order.

Please note large framed products are sent out with our Courier Service. We cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses. We recommend these items be shipped to a Work Address as these items will need to be signed for.
